March 2013: Brenda Gail Smith

February 2013: Jackie McDougald
This month’s employee spotlight falls on Jackie McDougald. Jackie has been employed with our facility for over 30 years and is a member of our laundry department.
Jackie has seen many elders and employees walk through the doors of North Florida. She has played a pivotal role in assuring our elders are given quality care and service. Her professionalism sets the bar for others to follow. Although quiet and calm in nature, Jackie has a passion for our elders, their family members, and fellow stakeholders.
Jackie is planning to retire in the near future. We would like to wish her the very best life has to offer and express our gratitude for her many years of love, compassion and dedication.
